Sales enquiries will be responded to quicker through email as the forum is not monitored every minute of every day; but feel free to use whichever method you feel appropriate.

Documentation

There are two different control panels installed on our server. Webhost Manager is used by resellers to administer their domains and cPanel® is used by end users to control almost every aspect of their hosting account. Manuals for both control panels are available here to view online or download.

The forums are available for customers to ask questions and to meet other customers. Non-customers are welcome to examine the posts in the open forums but please remember that there are a number of hidden forums for customers only.

Customer Helpdesk

Our online helpdesk keeps all tickets organised and efficient so we are able to respond and resolve any issue in the quickest possible time. Tickets can be submitted via our online form or email. In addition to this, all tickets are archived and available in the client billing section for future reference.
