Webhost Manager is used by resellers to administer their domains and cPanel® is used by end users to control almost every aspect of their hosting account. Manuals for both control panels are available here to view online or download.

View the Community forumOur online helpdesk keeps all tickets organised and efficient so we are able to respond and resolve any issue in the quickest possible time. Tickets can be submitted via our online form or email. In addition to this, all tickets are archived and available in the client billing section for future reference.
