PhpWiki
PhpWiki is a WikiWikiWeb clone in PHP. A WikiWikiWeb is a site where anyone can edit the pages through an HTML form. Features include multiple storage backends, dynamic hyperlinking, themeable, scriptable by plugins, full authentication and ACL's.
TikiWiki
TikiWiki, is an open source Content Management System / Geospatial Content Management System / Groupware web application enabling websites and portals on the internet, intranets and extranets. It can be used as a structured wiki, a bug tracking system, a collaboration platform, a knowledge base, a blogging system or an Internet forum. TikiWiki is a customizable modular multi-feature package; each component can be enabled / disabled and customized by the administrator. It also extends the customization to the user with selectable skins / themes.
Wikiwig
Wikiwig is a wiki that focuses on WYSIWYG editing, hence the name. WYSIWYG wiki links are made, like all other edits, through a visual interface rather than a text area. This visual editor is powered by HtmlArea. Wikiwig also includes page versioning, however it lacks reversion controls.
WikkaWiki
WikkaWiki is a free, lightweight, and standards-compliant wiki engine. Written in PHP, it uses MySQL to store pages. WikkaWiki is a fork of Wakka Wiki to which a number of new features have been added. It is designed for speed, fine-grained access control, extensibility, and security, and has been released under the GNU General Public License.
